How long does the branding process take?
Most branding projects take 3-4 weeks from start to finish. This includes discovery, concept development, revisions, and final delivery. Rush delivery is available for an additional 25% fee if you need it faster.
How many revision rounds are included?
Our Basic package includes 2 revision rounds, Standard includes 3 rounds, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Each revision round allows you to request changes to your chosen concept. Additional revisions beyond your package are available at $75/hour.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive your final logo in PNG (transparent & white background), JPG, SVG (vector), PDF, and EPS formats. Files are optimized for both print and digital use, including social media sizes. You’ll also get a brand style guide showing proper usage.
What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?
This rarely happens because we have a thorough discovery process! But if it does, we’ll schedule a call to better understand your vision and create new directions. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work together until we find the right solution.
Can I use my logo everywhere once it's done?
Yes! Upon full payment, you own complete commercial rights to use your logo anywhere – website, social media, merchandise, marketing materials, business cards, etc. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Do you offer brand refresh services?
Absolutely! If you have an existing logo that needs updating or modernizing, we offer brand refresh services. Pricing varies based on the extent of changes needed. Contact us for a custom quote.
